From Cape Cod:
Take Rt-3 north to exit 19.
At bottom of ramp go straight onto Thomas E. Burgin Pkwy toward Quincy Center.
Take right at Granite St.
Take right onto Hancock St.*
From Rhode Island:
Take I-95 north to exit 12 onto I-93 North toward Boston.
From I-93 bear right at exit 7 onto Rt-3.
Take exit 19 to Thomas E. Burgin Pkwy.
At bottom of ramp go straight onto Thomas E. Burgin Pkwy toward Quincy Center.
Take right at Granite St.
Take right onto Hancock St.*
From Boston:
Take I-93 South.
Bear left at exit 7 onto Rt-3.
Take exit 19 to Thomas E. Burgin Pkwy.
At bottom of ramp go straight onto Thomas E. Burgin Pkwy toward Quincy Center.
Take right at Granite St.
Take right onto Hancock St.*
*There is limited short term street parking which is consistently monitored by a parking enforcement officer.
Conveniently there is a parking garage and a parking lot within a short walking distance. The garage is on the right as you turn onto Granite St.
The parking lot is accessible from Chestnut St/Dennis Ryan Pkwy.
To get to Chestnut St go straight at the intersection with Hancock St and then take an immediate right and the lot is across from the Court House.
Follow the walking directions from there to get to 1436 Hancock St.
Walking:
Exit through the east door towards Hancock St.
Follow the path through the park which ends at Hancock St.
Take a right and start heading south on Hancock St.
Cross over Granite St and continue heading south on Hancock St. 1436 is on the northbound side of Hancock St just past H&R Block.
From the Parking Lot:
There is a pedestrian exit at the west end of the parking lot beside The Fours restaurant.
Take a left onto Cottage Ave from the parking lot toward Hancock St.
Take a right on Hancock St and 1436 will be on your right after Dunkin Donuts.
From the Parking Garage:
Head East from the parking garage and there is an alley beside Stadium Sports Bar & Grill.
There is also Cliveden St a little further south that goes to Hancock St.
Once on Hancock St cross over and take a left heading north on Hancock St and 1436 will be on your right after Dunkin Donuts.
